This zip file contains a model with a family table of 4 different types of thread forming pan headed fasteners.
Plastite 48, Plastite 45, Delta PT, and Type B
Key parameters are TYPE, SCREW_SIZE, and LENGTH.
The model also has a parameter called "HOLE SIZE" which is the nominal hole size needed in a plastic boss for that screw. There is also a little application information written into the family table for each screw type.(Pro/E 2000i) |

Spur Gear Small Diameter

Use this model if the number of teeth is less than 43. This zip file contains a model of a spur gear I did as part of a project. I don't remember the reference I used for the equations of the involute tooth form, however it appears correct. There are three model parameters that can be modified, DP - diametral pitch, N - number of teeth, and PRESSANGLE - pressure angle.

I don't remember the reference I used for the equations of the involute tooth form, however it appears correct.
